about
In your memories, there’s stillness.
It sits there, gentle and quiet, among the snapshots of memories that have built your life — like a film slide preserved in gold hued glass.
It’s in the way every car ride felt like an adventure. It’s the luxurious stretches of time in the garden before you’d be called in for dinner, or the rain on the window on a summer afternoon. It’s the first time you stayed up until three in the morning -- when the night air was holding its breath for you, and for all the potential you hold.
And then; all those memories connect. And then you’re you.
These nostalgic moments give meaning to the world around us, when fragments of memory take on a rosy glow to turn us into who we are — and who we’re becoming.
Remember when, in that nostalgic stillness…you found peace.
